We apply lean engineering principles to strategically streamline our operations, underwritings, and project scopes. Our proprietary underwriting models allow us to effectively screen prospective investments, focusing our efforts on deals that align with our investment thesis.

Daniel Franco - Principal
As a former Electro-Mechanical Engineer working on Microsoft, GM, and GE products, Daniel takes an engineering-minded approach to real estate investment.
With over a decade of real estate acumen, Daniel has previously served as VP of Portfolio Management at Vested Management, a vertically integrated family office, where he oversaw the company's multifamily, retail, office, and industrial investments. While there he also navigated acquisitions and repositioned the firm's holdings.
Daniel holds a bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering from Loyola Marymount University.
